To ensure your safety while using this appliance:

  Do not place hands under the boiling water outlet.
• •
  If the red safety lock indicator is illuminated, the hot water safety switch has been activated.
• 
  If you are using an X-Series Levered or Tap: To dispense boiling water, please touch the sensor located at the top rear of the tap to deactivate the safety lock.
• 
  If you are using a Multifunction Mixer tap: To dispense boiling water, please tap the lock button located on the button panel on the left-hand side of the tap to deactivate the safety lock.

These features are designed to prevent accidental operation and ensure safe use at all times.
